1. General Information

Where is Black Forest Deluxe located exactly?

Black Forest Deluxe is located in the idyllic village of Hinterzarten in the High Black Forest. The three exclusive suites are set in a quiet location, just a few minutes from the village center and hiking trails. The exact address is provided with your booking confirmation.

How do I reach the suites by car?

You can easily reach us via the B31 highway. Complimentary parking is available directly at the house.

Are there public transport options nearby?

Yes, Hinterzarten train station is only a short walk away and easy to reach. This allows you to explore the region comfortably without a car.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, our guests can use complimentary parking spaces directly at the house.

What is the location and surrounding area like?

Our suites are centrally yet quietly located. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are only a few minutes away, and numerous hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door.

Is there Wi-Fi / internet?

Yes, all suites are equipped with fast Wi-Fi so you can easily browse, stream or stay in touch online.

Are the suites family-friendly?

Yes, each suite offers comfort for families. On request, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement. Please let us know before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Is there a minimum stay?

As a rule, our suites are available from a minimum stay of two nights. During the summer holidays we kindly ask for a minimum stay of four nights so you can enjoy your time with us in a relaxed way.

How many people can stay in each suite?

Each of our three suites offers generous space for up to six guests so you can fully enjoy your stay in a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.

2. Booking & Payment

How can I book a suite?

You can book directly through our website. All booking details can be found on the “Booking” page.

Can I book directly through the website?

Yes, our website offers a secure booking form where you can conveniently select your preferred dates.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. We are happy to discuss additional payment options individually.

Is an advance payment required?

No. There is no separate advance payment. The total amount is automatically charged 7 days before arrival.

Until when can I cancel if I am unable to come?

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival (100% refund). For cancellations between 8 and 29 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded. From 7 days before arrival, a refund is no longer possible.

Do I need to confirm my booking?

After completing your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all important information.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

From what time can I check into the suite?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and is fully flexible.

Until what time do I have to check out?

Please check out by 10:00 am so we can prepare the suite for the next guests.

How does the check-in work?

You will receive all information for self check-in in good time by email.

Can I check in earlier or check out later?

Flexible times are possible depending on the availability of the suites. Please contact us in advance.

4. Amenities & Services

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, each suite features a modern kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes and all necessary cooking utensils.

Is breakfast available?

No, we do not offer breakfast. Our accommodation is designed as a cozy self-catering stay, giving you full flexibility to prepare your breakfast and meals just the way you like.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every guest.

Are cleaning products available?

Yes, basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap and sponges are available.

Is there a TV or streaming services?

Yes, each suite has multiple TVs with streaming services.

Is there outdoor furniture?

Each suite has a private veranda with stylish outdoor furniture such as lounge chairs.

Are the suites accessible?

Our suites are not wheelchair accessible.

Is there a washing machine or dryer?

Yes, there is a shared washing machine and dryer available for a small fee.

Is there a safe?

Each suite has a safe in every bedroom.

5. Accommodation

Do the suites have separate bedrooms or open-plan layouts?

Each of the three Black Forest Deluxe suites has at least two bedrooms and a separate living area, allowing you to enjoy both privacy and comfort.

Are the suites air-conditioned or heated?

All suites are equipped with modern underfloor heating. There is no air conditioning, but large windows provide fresh air and natural ventilation.

Do the suites have terraces?

Yes, each suite has a private terrace overlooking the idyllic Black Forest landscape.

Is there an elevator in the building?

As it is a small, exclusive house, there is no elevator.

Are the suites in a quiet location or is there traffic noise?

Our suites are in a very quiet location in Hinterzarten. There is practically no traffic noise – ideal for rest and relaxation.

Can I book the suites for a romantic weekend?

Yes, the suites are perfect for couples looking to spend a quiet and luxurious weekend in the Black Forest.

Is there a minimum stay on weekends or public holidays?

On weekends and public holidays, the minimum stay is usually 2 nights. For longer stays we are happy to provide tailor-made offers.

Hinweise zur Nutzung des Whirlpools

Whirlpool Nutzung

Vor der Nutzung

  • Bitte frisch abgeduscht ins Wasser gehen – Sonnencreme, Make-up und Schmutz beeinträchtigen die Wasserqualität.
  • Beide Schwimmer (Sensoren) vor der Nutzung gemäß Anleitung aus dem Wasser nehmen und in den bereitgestellten Behälter legen.

Während der Nutzung

  • Die Temperatur ist optimal eingestellt. Am Display bitte nur Düsen und Licht bedienen.
  • Bitte nicht ins Wasser urinieren.
  • Glas und spitze Gegenstände dürfen nicht in den Whirlpool.
  • Keine Sprung- oder Tauchversuche – der Whirlpool ist fürs entspannte Sitzen gedacht.
  • Kinder dürfen den Whirlpool nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen nutzen.
  • Bei Unwohlsein bitte kurz aus dem Wasser gehen und pausieren.

Nach der Nutzung

  • Die beiden Schwimmer wieder zurück ins Wasser legen.
  • Die Abdeckung nach der Nutzung wieder auflegen und verschließen, damit Wärme und Wasserqualität erhalten bleiben.
  • Der Whirlpool schaltet sich nach etwa 30 Minuten automatisch ab.

Wichtiger Hinweis

Die Nutzung des Whirlpools erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Bitte geht sorgsam mit der Anlage um. Für Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung kann der Gast haftbar gemacht werden.

  • Bitte behandle die Wohnung, als wäre sie deine eigene.
  • Ziehe die Schuhe aus, um den Boden sauber zu halten.
  • Gehe sorgsam mit allen Möbeln und Materialien um.
  • Bitte respektiere die Nachbarn – laute Musik und Partys sind nicht gestattet.
  • Schließe die Eingangstür stets ab, wenn du das Haus verlässt.

Unsere Umwelt

  • Bitte schalte Licht, Elektrogeräte und Heizung aus, wenn du die Suite verlässt.
  • Trenne den Müll nach den Kategorien: Restmüll / Biomüll / Glas / Papier / Wertstoffe.
  • Nutze Ressourcen wie Wasser und Strom bewusst und sparsam.

Gesundheit & Achtsamkeit

  • Lüfte die Räume regelmäßig, besonders nach dem Duschen oder Kochen.
  • Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung untersagt.
  • Schließe Dach- oder Terrassenfenster bei Regen, Wind oder Unwetter.
  • Bitte räume die Außenmöbel bei Abreise oder starkem Wind wieder ein.

Ehrlichkeit & Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Check-in ist ab 15 Uhr möglich, Check-out bitte bis 10 Uhr.
  • Bitte melde Schäden oder Verluste zeitnah – gemeinsam finden wir immer eine Lösung.
  • Ein versehentlich zerbrochenes Glas kostet pauschal 3 €. (Keine Sorge, das passiert jedem!)
  • Bitte nutze das Internet verantwortungsvoll. Rechtswidrige Aktivitäten sind nicht gestattet.
